Welcome to MANTAS CREATIVE THERAPIES, an intentional and gentle space offering dramatherapy as a vessel through which your healing and mental wellness is supported. As an HCPC-registered dramatherapist and experienced practitioner, I offer a space where children, young people, and adults can navigate their personal challenges through creative expression. Dramatherapy is an extension of talking therapies. The distinct use of drama as therapy, ensures that the depths of your stories can be safely contained and held through metaphor, art, and play. I use a combined approach to suit the needs of my clients - for some, story, symbol, movement, or play speak more truthfully than words. For others, it's the quiet space of conversation and reflection where the journey begins.
